Join our dynamic and growing Talent Acquisition team as a **Sourcer**, where you'll play a pivotal role in identifying top talent and shaping the future of our company. This is a **contract-to-hire opportunity**, starting with a **6-month contractual engagement**, with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews across technical and non-technical roles.
- Work closely with hiring managers and interview panels to understand role requirements and ensure effective hiring outcomes.
- Publish and promote current job openings through appropriate internal and external channels.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months upto 3 years of experience in IT hiring or technical hiring.
- Prior experience in consultancy or agency recruitment will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good understanding of sourcing tools and recruitment processes.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
