**Job Summary**:
As an SEO Specialist at PCARDS, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to improve our website's organic search performance and increase visibility across major search engines. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance online presence, drive traffic, and generate qualified leads.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Keyword Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify relevant search terms and phrases.
- Analyze keyword competitiveness and search volume to prioritize target keywords.
- **On-Page Optimization**:

- Optimize website content, meta tags, and headers for targeted keywords.
- Implement best practices for URL structure, internal linking, and site architecture.
- Ensure website content is user-friendly, engaging, and optimized for search engines.
- **Off-Page Optimization**:

- Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies to build high-quality backlinks.
- Identify opportunities for link building through outreach, partnerships, and content promotion.
- Monitor and analyze backlink profile to ensure quality and diversity.
- **Technical SEO**:

- Perform technical audits to identify and resolve SEO issues related to crawlability, indexing, and site speed.
- Collaborate with web development team to implement technical recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes to maintain technical compliance.
- **Content Strategy**:

- Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content strategies.
- Optimize content for target keywords, user intent, and search engine requirements.
- Monitor content performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Track, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms.
- Provide regular performance updates and insights to stakeholders.
- Continuously monitor industry trends, algorithm updates, and competitor strategies to refine SEO tactics.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
