We, at Satopradhan are looking for a **Housekeeping cum Maintenance Supervisor **to join us. He will beresponsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness within all areas of the factory premises. He will supervise a team of cleaners and ensure compliance with established cleanliness standards and safety regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Supervision and Coordination**:

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff, assigning tasks and responsibilities to ensure efficient operation.
- Monitor performance, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations for housekeeping team members.

**Cleaning & Maintenance**:

- Ensure that all areas of the factory, including production floors, offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas, are cleaned and maintained according to established standards.
- Schedule and oversee routine cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal.

**Inventory and Supplies Management**:

- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring an adequate supply is available for daily operations.
- Coordinate with procurement or supply chain departments to order cleaning materials and replenish stock as needed.

**Repair & Facilities Management**:

- Will be responsible for overseeing the repair work such as electrical, plumbing, technicians related to minimize the down time.
- To take care of general factory equipments and to get these changed or replaced whenever needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience of atleast 2 years in a supervisory role within housekeeping & Facilities, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve cleanliness & maintenance goals.

**Timings**:9 am to 6 pm

**Work Location**:Daburji, Amritsar.

**Salary**:12k to 18k

**Note**:The exact salary will be decided after the trial & interview.
