I Support Foundation is dedicated to providing specialized care and education to individuals on the autism spectrum. Our Autism Special School in Lucknow focuses on creating a nurturing and inclusive environment for students with autism, promoting their holistic development. We are currently seeking a qualified and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team and contribute to the well-being and progress of our students.

**Job Summary**:
**Roles/ Responsibilities**:

- Conduct assessments to determine the physical needs and capabilities of the child with autism.
- Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, including special education teachers, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to ensure a comprehensive approach to student care.
- Adapt physiotherapy techniques to address sensory sensitivities and communication challenges associated with autism.
- Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed.
- Stay informed about current research and best practices in physiotherapy for individuals with autism.

**Skills/ Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
- Valid state licensure as a Physiotherapist.
- Experience working with children and adolescents, especially those with autism spectrum disorders.
- Strong understanding of the unique physical challenges faced by individuals with autism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a child-centric approach to therapy.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification or training in physiotherapy.
- Previous experience working in an educational or school setting.
- Familiarity with assistive technologies and adaptive equipment.
