**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our customer service team. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their queries, and ensuring excellent service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer queries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and update the database regularly.
- Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and service targets.
- Coordinate with the team to resolve customer concerns efficiently.

**Required Skills**:

- Good verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali (preferred).
- Confident, polite, and customer-focused approach.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
