**About the team**: Liaison between the creditors and consumers. They are in charge of observing accounts to identify overdue payments, report collection activity, address client queries, and develop repayment plans.

**Expectations/ Requirements**:

- Visit the applicant’s residence and office address and confirm the residential and employment status of the applicant.
- The visit to address provided should be unannounced and without prior intimation to the applicant
- Assess the standard of living of the applicant
- Assess the ease of approaching the address
- Identify the name and the relationship of the person met at the applicants address
- Agent should make every effort to capture all the details as required in the CPV report which will be advised to you from time to time.
- In case the door of the address provided by the applicant is found to be locked, do a neighbour check and capture the name and address of the person met on a best effort basis.
- Ensure the CPV report is available to the firm within the timelines as specified by the firm from time to time
- Not disclose the details and the purpose of the loan to anyone else other than the applicant or the members of the family.
- At least 2 third party checks to be carried out to determine the existence of the applicant at the address, his/her stability and character traits

**Education**: Graduation/ Post Graduation preferred
