**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Layout Creation**:

- Develop and design layout plans for interior spaces, ensuring optimal use of space and alignment with client requirements.
- Create detailed floor plans and drawings using CAD software.
- **Site Measurement and Drawing**:

- Conduct site visits to measure and assess space dimensions accurately.
- Translate site measurements into precise drawings and layouts for project execution.
- **Interior Material Knowledge**:

- Select and recommend appropriate interior materials, finishes, and furnishings based on project needs and budget.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and materials in the interior design industry.
- **Software Proficiency**:

- Utilize software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds-VRay, 3Ds Max, Illustrator, and Lumion to create detailed designs and visualizations.
- Produce 3D models and renderings to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with project managers, architects, and other team members to ensure design plans are executed accurately.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and make necessary adjustments to the design.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design.
- 1 years of experience in a related role, with a proven track record of successful projects.

Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds-VRay, 3Ds Max, Illustrator, and Lumion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong research skills and the ability to stay Up-to-date with market trends and marketing strategies are essential
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent in PPT/Excel/Proposal/Microsoft Office expertise.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
