HIIT is seeking passionate and experienced IT Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging training programs that equip individuals and teams with the knowledge and skills necessary to leverage AI and ML effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop AI and ML training programs tailored to different audiences, from beginners with no prior knowledge to experienced IT professionals seeking to expand their skills.
- Deliver interactive training sessions that combine theoretical concepts with practical exercises, case studies, and hands-on projects.
- Utilize a variety of instructional methods, including lectures, demonstrations, discussions, and group activities, to cater to different learning styles.
- Create clear and concise training materials, such as presentations, handouts, and lab guides.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and ML.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to trainees, addressing their questions and challenges.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
