Write engaging social media content on trending topics/current events in aviation and non-aviation categories. Develop flawless content on time-sensitive topics under strict deadlines and without multiple iterations. Stay up-to-date with current events that matter to our target groups and come up with content ideas accordingly. Proofread and edit content for consistency of brand voice and messaging. Repurpose and contemporize old articles to get them re - crawled by search engines. Lead a team of associate content writers towards meeting content quality parameters. Collaborate with the Editor on a daily basis, and with other teams as and when required. **JOB SPECIFICATION** (To be filled by requesting department) Relevant years of Experience 3 years Education Preferably BA/MA in English/journalism/mass communication Mandatory Specification (Must to Have) We’re looking for a creative, dynamic, sincere, self-disciplined, and self - motivated individual with minimum 4 years of experience in writing user - friendly content and managing a team of freshers/interns/associate content writers for our Content Marketing process. An excellent communicator with a zest for learning, reading, A self-starter with fast-learning ability and analytical reasoning. A flair for persuasive writing and storytelling in different formats. Ability to develop concepts and ideas into ‘wow’ content A good understanding of what works on the Web (psychological hacks of writing). A good understanding of the difference between marketing content and SEO writing. Ability to work with mínimal supervision.
