What are the expectations of a Futures Associate?

The Futures Program is specifically designed to develop exceptional employees who will directly contribute to Franklin Templeton's position as a leader in the investment management industry. Futures Associates experience a series of rotations within various functional areas of the company, with potential exposure to Marketing, Research, Portfolio, Sales and others. During a rotation, a Futures Associate may be exposed to project-related or analytical assignments while supporting the rotational area initiatives. Associate development consists of on-the-job experience and a wide variety of training opportunities.

What are the ideal qualifications that would help someone be successful?
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and leadership abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task while meeting multiple deadlines.
