**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a strong customer base by identifying prospects and generating leads.
- Conduct field visits to explain and promote insurance products tailored to customer needs.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for life, general, and motor insurance products.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries promptly.
- Ensure timely submission of sales reports and updates to the reporting manager.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Education**: Minimum 12th pass.

**Skills Required**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of insurance products is an advantage.
- Own a two-wheeler for field visits (mandatory).

**Salary & Benefits**:

- Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 per month
- **Additional Benefits**: Petrol allowance + Lucrative incentives
