- **Position Overview**:_
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualise design concepts and interactions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to deliver design solutions that meet project requirements.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and design patterns to ensure consistency and scalability across projects.
- Plan and conduct user testing sessions, analyse feedback, and iterate on designs to enhance usability and user satisfaction.
- Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to ensure the team’s design approach remains innovative and relevant.
- Provide guidance and support to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented design environment.
- **Must Have Skills**:_
- 3 to 5 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, and prototyping tools like InVision.
- Solid understanding of user-centred design principles, usability, and accessibility best practices.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and the ability to communicate effectively with developers.
- Strong ability to analyse user feedback, data, and research to drive design decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts and articulate design rationale effectively.
- Creative problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality user experiences.
- **Good to Have Skills**:_
- Experience with motion design and animation.
- Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in designing for multiple platforms (web, mobile, tablet).
- Knowledge of Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc
- **Education**:_

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
