Key Responsibilities:
**Payroll Management: o Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. o Maintain payroll records and resolve any payroll discrepancies. o Prepare and distribute pay slips to employees.**

Bookkeeping: o Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process. o Reconcile sales taxes, payroll taxes, and bank accounts at the end of each month. o Monitor financial transactions and reports.

**Invoice Management: o Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely manner. o Track and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable. o Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely payments.**

General Accounting Support: o Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports. o Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities. o Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards. o Assist in audits and other financial reviews.

**Administrative Tasks: o Maintain organized and accurate financial records. o Support the Finance Manager with other accounting and administrative tasks as needed. o Respond to internal and external financial inquiries.**

**Qualifications**: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

**Proven experience in payroll management, bookkeeping, and invoice management.**

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar).

**Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. ** Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ** Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).**

**Preferred Qualifications**: Experience in the tech or EV industry is an advantage.

**Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.**
