**Position Overview**

As the **Member Support & Technology (MST)** Executive at Connekt Pune, you will be the frontline champion ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, exceptional member experience, and prompt resolution of technology-related issues. You’ll act as a bridge between members and internal teams, delivering a consistent and high-quality coworking experience.

**Key ResponsibilitiesMember Support**
- Greet and onboard new members with warmth, professionalism, and clarity.
- Address member inquiries, concerns, or requests with promptness and empathy.
- Manage booking of meeting rooms, day passes, and community events using the Connekt management system.
- Build relationships with members, understand their needs, and gather feedback for service improvement.

**Technology & Systems**
- Monitor and ensure the functionality of key tech assets including WiFi, printers, access control, projectors, AV equipment, and app-based services.
- Troubleshoot member connectivity and access issues in real time or escalate to vendors/IT team when required.
- Maintain logs of tech support requests and coordinate preventive maintenance of hardware and software tools.

**Operations & Space Management**
- Conduct regular space walkthroughs to ensure tidiness, functionality, and readiness for members and guests.
- Assist with coordination of vendors and service staff (housekeeping, IT, internet, etc.).
- Support in inventory checks and supply management of office essentials.

**Community & Events**
- Support in organizing community activities, workshops, or networking events at the center.
- Encourage member participation and help create a vibrant, collaborative environment.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in coworking, hospitality, serviced offices, or IT support roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English & Hindi essential).
- Basic understanding of office tech systems - internet networks, access control, and shared tech hardware.
- Proficiency in using MS Office / Google Workspace
- A proactive problem-solver with a customer-first mindset.
