*Position Overview:*

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Lead and manage the implementation of Infor LN ERP systems for clients, focusing on the manufacturing sector.
- Analyze business processes and requirements, and design tailored ERP solutions that meet client needs.
- Oversee the customization, integration, and deployment of Infor LN systems.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure the effective adoption of the ERP system and provide training and support as needed.
- Ensure project deliverables are met on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the implementation process.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
- Document all aspects of the implementation process, including configurations, customizations, and client interactions.

*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience with Infor LN ERP systems, including implementation and customization.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing at least four ERP projects within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing, including supply chain, production, and financials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
