Pre-primary Teacher

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities based on the curriculum.
- Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment for young learners.
- Use creative teaching techniques, including storytelling, rhymes, songs, and hands-on activities.
- Develop children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills.
- Assess and document student progress through observations and informal assessments.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's development.
- Encourage good manners, positive behavior, and independence in children.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning experience.
- Organize events, celebrations, and field trips for experiential learning.
- Ensure the safety and hygiene of children at all times.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Training, or related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of teaching experience in a preschool or early learning environment (preferred).
- Strong understanding of child psychology and developmental milestones.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children.
- Ability to manage and engage a group of preschoolers effectively.
- Basic knowledge of child safety and first aid.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in Montessori / Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) / Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE).
- Experience with play-based and activity-based teaching methods.
- Familiarity with phonics, storytelling, and hands-on learning strategies.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
