**Job Title: Surveillance & Security Systems Operator (CCTV)**

**What You’ll Do**:

- Keep a close watch on live CCTV feeds and proactively identify unusual or suspicious activities.
- Manage DVR/NVR systems to ensure seamless recording and data backup.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and escalate technical issues in CCTV equipment when required.
- Collaborate with campus security personnel for quick response to incidents.
- Document incidents, prepare reports, and maintain video evidence.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Diploma/ITI in Electronics, Electrical, or related discipline.
- 2-3 years’ proven experience in CCTV monitoring or technical support.
- Solid knowledge of surveillance systems, networking, and integrations.
- Strong observation skills, confidentiality, and reliability.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
