**About the role**:
We're looking for someone who is having extensive knowledge of **Medical Coding Codesets **that are used on claim forms UB-04 & CMS 1500.
- Example: ICD-10-CM, CPT, Modifiers, ICD-10-PCS, DRG, CARC, RARC, Revenue Code, etc***

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain the codeset data that are integrated into internal products
- Create codesets from the standard references like CMS and also in collaboration with other vendors
- Work with vendors for internal requirements
- Update the codesets and indicators well before the timeline (annually/bi-annually/monthly/weekly)
- Create and maintain data classification of the Medical codes
- Collaborate with the Products owners (Revenue/Payment Integrity) to understand and deliver the required Codeset data
- Need to work with the Technical team on the product requirement and the codesets integrations
- May need to understand and work on the industry policies (CMS, Medicaid, etc) to enhance the product for Providers and Payers
- Communicate with external vendors (US Healthcare) to purchase the data for the product if required

**Requirements**:

- CPC or CCS certification.
- Extensive knowledge of US Healthcare in Professional and Facility Coding
- Sound knowledge and understanding of coding guidelines on CPT, ICD, indicator files, etc, coding conventions and rules.
- Experience with data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage and report complex information.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Desire to grow professionally, develop new skills, and willingness to work outside of comfort zone.
- Fluency in Microsoft Word, and Advance Excel or MS access or SQL and adapting skills to new platforms.
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills.
- Good analytical skills and effective stakeholder management.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Entrepreneurial at heart and likes to take ownership.

**Experience**:

- CPC or CCS certification with Minimum 5 years of experience in US Healthcare in the Payor/Provider background
- Team Lead Experience will be preferable
