Fire & Security Officer - Residential

To ensure that all fire and safety equipment at site are in working condition.
- To ensure a well-defined plan for easy evacuation of people in case of fire outbreak.
- To conduct fire safety checks daily.
- To ensure periodic maintenance of all fire-fighting equipment like fire pumps,sprinkler, smoke detector,
- fire alarm, hydrant system, water reservoirs, extinguishers, fire hoses etc.
- To ensure all fire-fighting equipment maintenance is carried out as per PPM schedule.
- To lead fire prevention, fire protection and firefighting including rescue operations.

**Salary**: ₹36,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
- Security: 3 years (preferred)
- Residential: 3 years (required)
