**We are Seeking For A Female System Administrator**

**Office Timing and location**

**Location**: Periyanaikenpalayam

**Work Timings**: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Tuesday leave).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Microsoft 365 Management**:Proficiently handle Microsoft 365 tools for document management, communication, and collaboration.
- **System Troubleshooting**:Diagnose and resolve system issues to maintain a seamless workflow.
- **Creative Designing in Canva**:Create engaging and visually appealing designs for presentations, marketing materials, and other needs using Canva.
- **Telecommunication Support**:Assist in coordinating telecommunication tasks, ensuring effective communication within and outside the organization.
- **Team Management**:Lead and coordinate tasks across teams, ensuring goals are met on time and efficiently.
- **Technical Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of system changes, troubleshooting logs, and operational procedures.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing Microsoft 365 tools.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a deep understanding of system operations.
- Proficiency in Canva for creating professional designs.
- Familiarity with telecommunication systems and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent team management and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
