Job description
The Document Scanner is responsible for scanning, organizing, and managing physical documents into digital formats for easy storage, retrieval, and processing. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy when handling sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure documents are scanned with clear, legible quality, and in the appropriate file format (e.g., PDF, TIFF).
Document Organization:
Sort and prepare documents before scanning, ensuring all pages are in order and free from damage or defects.
Maintain a systematic filing and labeling process for scanned documents to ensure easy access and retrieval.
Data Entry & Indexing:
Input relevant metadata for each document to facilitate easy search and retrieval in the digital system.
Update databases or document management systems with scanned documents, ensuring proper categorization.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
