We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic **Telecaller** to join our front-line team. Your primary role will be to follow up with leads generated through our social media marketing (SMM) and convert them into confirmed salon appointments. You will act as a key point of contact between potential clients and our salon team, ensuring a smooth and professional booking experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to leads generated from social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Explain salon services, offers, and packages to potential clients
- Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments
- Maintain a lead tracker and follow up with warm leads regularly
- Coordinate with front desk to ensure appointment scheduling is smooth
- Share customer feedback and lead insights with the marketing team
- Meet weekly and monthly conversion targets

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Telugu,English & Hindi)
- Confident phone etiquette and persuasive skills
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus
- Knowledge of salon services or beauty industry is an advantage
- Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, CRM, WhatsApp Business)
- Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
