- A Printing Supervisor check schedules, confirm product specifications, arrange adjustments, oversee the work of staff in the department and monitor the quality of the product, ensuring deadlines are met.
- **Roles & Responsibilties: -**:

- Checking the product specification's validity and accuracy Computer systems being modified to match the demands of the job
- Coordinating with customer account managers to talk about delays or other process issues
- Promoting cooperation among various employees in various departments
- Remaining in touch with clients to make sure requirements are met
- Distributing, allocating, and reviewing tasks with the workforce that is available
- Monitoring and preserving the order's quality -Improving cost-effectiveness and processes
- Supervising trainees and production personnel -Recommending changes and improvements.**Required Skills**:

- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work.
- Ability to work accurately and methodically under pressure
- Initiative, with problem-solving skills
- High level of communication abilities
- **Job Location: - Kenya**

Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹950,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
