- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents to foster trust and ensure continued engagement.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the courses, programs, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions.
- CRM Management: Track all student interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.
- Target Achievement: Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly enrollment targets set by the management.
