**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to provide information, resolve queries, and promote products or services.
- Respond to inbound calls promptly and professionally.
- **Lead Generation & Conversion**:

- Identify potential customers and generate leads by understanding their needs.
- Convert leads into customers by explaining product benefits and addressing objections effectively.
- **Database Management**:

- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and relevant information.
- Document details of customer interactions for follow-up.
- **Communication & Problem Solving**:

- Communicate effectively with customers to build trust and rapport.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- **Achieving Targets**:

- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets as set by the organization.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on product features, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Provide accurate and complete information to customers.

**Key Skills and Requirements**
- **Communication Skills**:

- Fluent in English.
- Clear and persuasive speaking skills.

Pay: ₹8,521.87 - ₹25,000.00 per month
