**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate material dispatch, inward, and outward processes to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.
- Oversee the work of factory staff, including laborers, to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Maintain daily records of stock input and output using MS Excel or other relevant software.
- Prepare and submit daily reports to the head of the company regarding material transactions, production activities, and any operational issues.
- Monitor equipment and machinery to identify maintenance needs and ensure smooth operations.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain discipline and efficiency in the workplace.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as production planning and quality control, to streamline processes and improve overall performance.
- Train and mentor new employees to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and mutual respect among employees.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to factory operations.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
