As a **Social and Educational Empowerment intern** at HumanKinds, you will have the opportunity to make a real social impact on our marketing programs and campaigns. Your English proficiency (spoken and written) & communication skills will be a valuable asset as you work alongside our team to develop, teach, and implement innovative "**Social Empowerment**" campaign strategies.

We have collaborated with marquee partners like Y-EAST.org (Techno India group), Bhumi.NGO & LP4Y.org (French Non-profit).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Setup educational campaigns focused on Tech, Personal Finance, & Women empowerment.
- Assist in developing marketing programs and campaigns targeted towards students & women entrepreneurs.
- Teach students at Campaigns & Masterclasses (content will be provided).
- Monitor and track the performance of Campaign marketing initiatives and provide regular reports to management.
- Support the planning and execution of events and initiatives to promote social and educational causes.
- Engage with stakeholders and partners to build strong relationships and maximize social impact.

Flexible work commitment. 2 days per week for campaigns, rest days WFH (work from home). The applicant might need to travel (within the city) to coordinate with NGO clients.

College students (3-4 year undergraduates, Masters) only.

This is a flexible position, previous work experience is not mandatory.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer skills.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
