**Position**: Accounts Executive

**Location**: Malad West, Mumbai

**Company**: CA firm

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure accurate and timely preparation and filing of GST returns.
- Reconcile GST ledgers and resolve any discrepancies.
- Stay updated with the latest GST regulations, notifications, and circulars to ensure compliance.
- Handle the deduction of TDS as per the Income Tax Act.
- Prepare and file TDS returns accurately and within the specified deadlines.
- Reconcile TDS ledgers with the books of accounts and rectify any variances.
- Maintain proper documentation and records.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and other accounting reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and principles.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary informations.
- Provide guidance and support to the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Malad, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
