**Job Title**: Back Office Executive
**Experience**: 1 to 2 Years
**Budget**: upto 20,000 per Month
**Location**: Sola, Ahmedabad
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage office schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate meetings and events.
- Support staff with administrative needs.
- **Vendor Management**: Build and maintain relationships with vendors, oversee orders and deliveries, and ensure timely payments.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous admin experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.).
