**Roles & Responsibilities**
- **Air Ticket Booking**:

- Manage domestic and international flight bookings for corporate and individual clients.
- Use GDS tools such as **Amadeus**, **Galileo**, or **Sabre** for fare search, PNR creation, and ticket issuance.
- Handle cancellations, re-bookings, and refunds efficiently.
- **Client Coordination**:

- Interact with walk-in, call-in, or online clients to understand travel needs.
- Suggest the best options in terms of pricing, airlines, and timing.
- Maintain good relations with regular clients and ensure high satisfaction.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain booking records and generate invoices.
- Ensure all travel documents (tickets, GST invoices, etc.) are shared correctly and timely.
- **Pricing & Fare Management**:

- Monitor airline fares and deals; provide clients with cost-effective solutions.
- Coordinate with consolidators or airline representatives for special fares or bulk deals.
- **Team Coordination**:

- Coordinate with the accounts team for client payments and reconciliations.
- Support senior staff in managing high-volume booking seasons.

**Qualifications Required**
- Minimum**:12th Pass with relevant experience in ticketing**:

- Preferred: Graduate (any stream) with ticketing/travel certifications (IATA, etc.)

**Key Skills**
- Proficiency in GDS systems: Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Understanding of airline fare rules, PNR management
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure

**Salary Offered**
- ₹22,000 - ₹35,000/month (Depending on experience and GDS proficiency)
- Based in Delhi NCR and willing to work from the Barakhamba office
- Has hands-on GDS experience and is comfortable working with mínimal training
- Polite, client-focused, and efficient under pressure

Pay: ₹10,220.04 - ₹36,128.56 per month
