❑ Be prepared to undertake additional assignments given by CO/ZM/RM/AM/BM. Operations:
❑ Ensure compliance with safety, health, and business laws and regulations within the branch.

❑ Uphold the company's standards of excellence and service to ensure top-quality performance.

❑ Adhere to Rules & Regulations yourself and encourage adherence among all branch members.

❑ In cases where Asst. Managers are assigned, they play a pivotal role in internal administration and customer service. They must provide efficient and courteous service to customers at the counter, and supervise and control staff duties effectively.

❑ Take the lead in mobilizing business and provide support to the Manager/BIC to achieve branch business goals.

❑ Assist the Manager in meeting budgetary goals, maintaining housekeeping and internal controls, and addressing irregularities mentioned in Audit Reports.

❑ Voluntarily assume the duties of staff members when required due to office exigencies.

❑ Ensure efficient and courteous service to customers at the counter, attending to any customer complaints.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
