**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Supports projects by filling open seats for all resource channels, serving as a single point of responsibility for the duration of assigned engagements.
- Works with projects and supply channels to make sure seats are properly tagged, filled, and closed, including maintenance of staffing plans, assignments, and project on-boarding / off-boarding.
- Focuses on Individual/Team Objectives and Developing Professional Effectiveness

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Communication/Negotiation:

- Draw upon professional concepts to collaborate with others to carry out assigned duties. Negotiation is required.
- Problem Solving:

- Recognize job-related problems. analyze causes using existing techniques or tools, prepare and recommend solution alternatives. Challenge the validity of given procedures and processes with the intent to enhance and improve. Understand the standard mission of the professional group and vision in own area of competence.
- Directly influence people in own project.
- Require coordination of activities of less experienced or less knowledgeable team members.
- satisfaction, or impact immediate costs or expenses.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Ability to absorb professional knowledge quickly and develop skills

**Required Education**

Bachelor's Degree

Master's Degree
