**Logistics and Sales Coordinator**

Job Overview:
**Key Responsibilities:

- **

**Sales Coordination:

- **Support local sales operations, coordinating orders from customers to final delivery. -Knowledge about Eway bill and Tax Invoice.

**Transportation and Logistics:

- ** Coordinate and arrange transportation for local deliveries. - Work with carriers and transportation companies to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve any transportation issues. - Monitor and optimize transportation routes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

**Shipping and Documentation: - **Prepare and verify all necessary shipping documents, including invoices, bills of lading, and other paperwork. - Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations. - Maintain accurate records of shipments and related documents.
- **Administrative Duties: -** Maintain accurate records of sales, shipments, and transportation data. - Prepare and submit regular reports on sales and logistics activities. - Assist in resolving customer complaints related to shipping and delivery.

**Qualifications:

- **
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office.

**Preferred Skills: -**

Knowledge of supply chain management.

Experience working with carriers and freight forwarders.

Customer service experience in a sales environment.
