- **Content Creation**:

- Develop content that speaks to target audiences and helps increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- **Content Strategy**:

- Assist in creating a content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Research industry trends to produce timely and relevant content.
- **SEO Writing**:

- Implement SEO best practices by optimizing content with relevant keywords and meta tags.
- Collaborate with the SEO team to drive organic traffic through content optimization.
- **Editing and Proofreading**:

- Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, tone, and alignment with brand voice.
- Ensure all content is fact-checked, accurate, and in line with industry best practices.
- **Content Management**:

- Manage and update the content on websites, blogs, and other platforms using content management systems (CMS).
- Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all written materials.

**Digital Marketing Responsibilities**:

- **Strategy Development**:

- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Create and manage social media content, monitor engagement, and grow social media presence across key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance.
- **SEO & SEM**:

- Conduct keyword research and develop strategies to improve website rankings on search engines.
- Manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to optimize ad spend and performance.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Generate reports to track campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements based on data insights.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Use digital channels to generate leads and track the customer journey through CRM systems.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align digital marketing efforts with lead generation and conversion goals.
- **Budget Management**:

- Manage digital marketing budgets efficiently to ensure the highest possible return on investment (ROI).
- Track and optimize campaign performance to ensure spending remains within budget.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in content writing and digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Proven ability to create engaging content that drives traffic and conversions.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform marketing decisions.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of basic HTML and web design principles.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
