KST stands for Kitchen Stewarding, which is a support department in a hotel's food and beverage (F&B) department. KST staff are responsible for keeping the kitchen clean and hygienic, and for washing dishes and other equipment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Washing dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment
- Maintaining kitchen equipment and tools
- Garbage disposal
- Replenishing serviceware
- Polishing silverware
- Indenting for new crockery and cutlery
- Maintaining ppm levels for sanitizing knives and chopping boards
