**Job Overview**

We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and skilled **MBBS Doctor** to join our growing team at Kyno Health. As a home visit doctor, you will provide high-quality medical consultations, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care to patients in their homes. This role offers the flexibility of working in diverse settings, with a focus on delivering personalized, patient-centered care.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Home Visits & Consultations**: Conduct medical home visits for patients of all ages, diagnosing and treating a variety of medical conditions, both acute and chronic.
- **Medical Assessments**: Perform comprehensive assessments, including physical exams, medical histories, and diagnostic tests, to develop accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
- **Chronic Disease Management**: Provide care and ongoing management for patients with chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, COPD) through regular follow-ups and adjustments to treatment plans.
- **Urgent Medical Care**: Assess and treat minor injuries, infections, and other urgent medical conditions in a home setting, including wound care and post-operative recovery.
- **Prescription Management**: Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate, ensuring safe and effective management of the patient’s health.
- **Telemedicine Support**: Provide virtual consultations for non-urgent medical concerns, offering advice, diagnosis, and follow-up care remotely.
- **Patient Education**: Educate patients and their families about disease prevention, medication adherence, lifestyle changes, and overall health management.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and timely patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses, physiotherapists, and dieticians, to deliver comprehensive care.
- **Emergency Response**: Respond to emergency medical situations when required, providing timely and effective care until further medical attention can be provided.
- **Follow-Up Care**: Ensure continuity of care through follow-up visits, phone calls, and regular updates to patients’ primary care physicians or specialists.
- **Education**: MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
- **Licensure**: Valid medical license to practice as a doctor (MBBS) in [India].
- **Experience**: Minimum of 4+ years of clinical experience in general practice, urgent care, or home healthcare settings.
