Job Responsibilities:
1.Mail & Communication Management
Follow up with customers and suppliers via phone calls and WhatsApp messages.
Reach out to new and potential customers online, share our catalog, and provide product photos.
2.Invoice & Payment Processing
Generate invoices using Tally software.
Process payments through net banking.
3.Inventory & Stock Management
Regularly check and update stock levels.
Ensure all data is accurately maintained and organized.
4.Customer & Supplier Relations
Engage with customers to build strong relationships.
Source new suppliers online and through existing databases.
Request and gather quotations from suppliers for upcoming orders.
5.Quotation & Data Analysis
Keep all records and data updated in a clear, systematic manner.
**Required Skills**:
Proficiency in Excel, Tally, and basic online research.
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
Basic knowledge of online banking and payment processing.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹10,500.00 per month
