**Job Title**: Molding Operator

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate molding machinery following SOPs and safety guidelines.
- Handle raw materials, monitor material flow, and ensure product quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
- Maintain production records and adhere to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of manufacturing or machine operation experience.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and willingness to work overtime.
- Commitment to safety regulations.

**Salary**: 20,000 - 22,000

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
