**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Architect, test and validation Solution designs and Develop technical collateral in the form of Best Practices Guides, Design Guides, Integration Guide, Implementation guides, technical reports, etc
- Advanced Training - Develop technical training contents in the form of PPT presentations, Demos, and Webinars in the engineer’s area of expertise, Training audience will include IBM Resiliency Field personnel and Channel Partners.
Education and Self Development - Continue to develop Subject Matter expertise through external and internal training and excel as a technical evangelist in the engineer’s area of expertise.
- The Architect is expected to perform lab management tasks in maintaining the lab equipment setup and tear down for your projects.
- As a Subject Matter Expert in your area of work, you are required to blog consistently.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development and testing of enterprise class products OpenShift etc
- Knowledge and experience in building complex cloud/enterprise-grade software
- Hands-on experience of working Redhat technologies like Ansible and Cloud forms

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Experience in developing products using virtualization, backup, or storage replication technologies
- Understanding of Disaster Recovery
- Knowledge and practical experience in Systems/ Network/ Storage/ Performance management products or data center automation software
- Secure development expertise including OWASP top 10

**Required Education**

Bachelor's Degree

**Preferred Education**

Master's Degree
