Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement Identity and Access Management (IDAM) solutions using industry-standard technologies and frameworks.

Collaborate with cybersecurity architects and engineers to translate security requirements into scalable and efficient software solutions.

Develop custom integrations and extensions for IDAM platforms to meet specific business needs and security objectives.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.

Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure the quality and reliability of developed software.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT operations, software development, and business units, to integrate security controls into the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members on cybersecurity-related tasks and projects.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Proven experience in developing cybersecurity solutions, with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IDAM) and Spring technologies.

Strong proficiency in Java programming language and Spring framework, including Spring Boot, Spring Security, and Spring MVC. Experience with IDAM platforms such as Okta, Azure Active Directory, or Ping Identity.

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), build tools (e.g., Maven, Gradle), and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyse complex cybersecurity issues and develop effective solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) are a plus.
