**Communication (Back End Support) Assistant**

**(Entry level with excellent English writing fluency, Techy and Smart Professional)**

**Full Time position, Graduates, Freshers can also apply.**

**Monday to Saturday 10am - 7pm**

**Work from Institute only. Salary up to 10,000k / month (Urgent requirement)**

Excellent communication in English is essential, writing and fluency skills.

**Able to write, understand English language properly and understand client's query,**

**draft letters and write with fluency and with smartness able to handle amd respond **to query management.**

**We are looking for a vibrant, tech savvy, with English fluency in both written and **verbal skills who will be responsible for engaging with key customers by building **and preserving trusting relationships. **This role is a multi-dimensional profile and will constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients, work on call leads with efficiency and quick response management systems.

You should also be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction.

**Responsibilities for the role**:

- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
- Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
- Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
- Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
- Conducting business reviews using CRM programs.
- Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.

**Skills**:

- Strong command over the English language (written & verbal)
- Vibrant, tech savvy, technical and command over English writing, prepare drafts, letters, reports and manage data.
- Correspondence Writing & content skills very important for this role
- Superior product knowledge about the Yoga App and tech know-how skills.
- A team player with leadership skills and able to resolve customer queries
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
