**Role & Responsibility**
- Ability to manage a profit Center, Optimize revenue, sales & marketing orientation, asset utilization, good in administration, & delivery management
- Liaising with the local Bodies, Associates, Key Brand visibility, Location owners, Institute Heads, NGO and the community to maintain positive energies. Mass/Group/ individual counselling at different places of city/ Distt such as villages, Residence, Hubs, Schools etc.
- Implement & Review processes, take care of the education center, students& team members with high quality standards. Create methodologies & metric based on business requirements, dynamics reengineering, and review implimentation & take corrective action
- Slippage & leakage control in education delivery; deliver good quality education in the centre and ensure students placements and create customer delight
- HO level functional followups, coordination, closure of operating issues to run smooth centre operations
- Responsible for Team Training, Development, Engagement & Growth, Control attrition in the team.
- Will be responsible for Mobilization
- Able to track competition/market, analysis & feedback to HO for new products

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)
