**Job Title: Language Trainer**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Developing Training Programs**:Create comprehensive and engaging curriculums focusing on language proficiency, business communication, and professional etiquette.
- **Language Enhancement**: Conduct targeted sessions on English grammar, vocabulary, speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills to improve fluency and accuracy
- **Interview Preparation**: Provide intensive interview training, including HR question preparation, mock interviews, and confidence-building activities.
- **Activity-Based Training**: Organize interactive activities like group discussions, role-plays, and case studies to develop team skills, leadership qualities, and problem-solving abilities.
- **Outcome-Oriented Approach**: Ensure students achieve measurable improvement in communication and perform well in interviews.
- **Assessing and Supporting**:Identify students' strengths and areas for improvement, provide personalized feedback, and offer post-training guidance.
- Evaluating Training Effectiveness: Monitor and assess training outcomes, ensuring alignment with employability goals, and refine programs as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree (preferably in English, Business Communication, or a related field)
- Proven experience as a trainer or educator in language or business communication training
- **IELTS** score/training experience will be a significant advantage
- Strong presentation and time-management skills

**Job Type: Full-Time**

**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
