
Showroom Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Engagement**:
- Greet walk-in customers warmly and assess their furnishing needs.
- Understand the customer's style preferences, space constraints, and budget.
- Offer personalized product recommendations (e.g., upholstery, cushions, curtains, carpets, rugs, wooden flooring, etc.).
**Product Demonstration & Sales**:
- Present features, benefits, materials, and design details for furniture and décor items.
- Maximize sales through cross-selling and upselling complementary items (e.g., pairing a sofa with cushions or a rug).
**Sales Process & Order Management**:
- Generate quotations, process invoices, and manage order entries accurately.
- Coordinate with inventory and delivery teams to ensure smooth logistics.
- Track follow-ups with customers regarding orders or deliveries.
**Showroom Maintenance**:
- Keep showroom displays clean, organized, and appealing.
- Help with visual merchandising and catalogue arrangement based on current trends and inventory.
**Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build rapport to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
- Collect and update customer details.
- Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and promptly.
**Required Skills**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for interior design and an eye for aesthetics
- Confident, persuasive, and sales-driven personality
- Knowledge of furniture materials, fabrics, colors, and trends is a plus
- Basic computer and billing system proficiency
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Business, or related field is a plus)
- 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in home furnishings or lifestyle products
- Proficiency in English and the local language
**Work Environment**:
- Retail showroom floor (indoors)
- Sunday is weekly off.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
