**Job Description for International Outbound Process**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an International Outbound Process Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential clients or customers in international markets. Your primary objective will be to promote our products or services, generate leads, and secure sales opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients or customers in international markets.
2. Introduce our products or services to potential clients and effectively communicate their features and
benefits.
3. Build rapport with prospects and address any questions or concerns they may have.
4. Utilize effective sales techniques to persuade prospects and secure sales appointments or orders.
5. Follow up on leads generated through outbound calling campaigns.

**Requirements**:
1. Education is no bar, provided you have sound communication and fluent English-speaking skills.
2. Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably in an international setting.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
4. Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
