Proficient in use of digital and mixed signal automated test equipment used in production test and characterization
- Characterization and validation Engineer responsible for driving New Product development from designs stage to high volume production. The end is Goal Silicon meets datasheet across PVT
- Strong knowledge of statistical data analysis, data processing tools like Jump Data Power, Excel used to calculate CPK, identify outliers, and set limits and guard bands based on statistics.
- Ability to work with bench equipment to assist in bench to tester correlation.
- Knowledge of scripting languages is a plus. Knowledge of LabView/Test stand experience.
- 7+ years of experience in related field.
- Mater or Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and hand-on experience working on bench setups.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-oriented, team environment
- Proficient in use of digital and mixed signal automated test equipment used in production test and characterization
- Proficient with statistical data analysis tools, such as JMP and Spotfire and understanding of statistical analysis
- use in program and HW development
- Ability to create ATE test hardware schematics for custom products.
- Knowledge of JIRA, CDT or similar bug tracking tools
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, and create and meet schedules
