We are seeking a dynamic and motivated team of Sales Executives to join our team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:Identify and pursue new business opportunities.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Sales Target Achievement:Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
**Presentation and Negotiation**:
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively.Reporting and Feedback:Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and challenges.
**Requirements:Experience**:
0-5 years. Proven work experience in sales or a related role, preferably in Advertising.
**Skills**:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive and goal-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Should have own laptop.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Familiarity with sales techniques and industry standards.
