Minimum 8-10 years of experience in building
- managing
- and mentoring test teams. Research
- Design
- Develop
- and Test Calypso related technologies using Java as the primary language
- under mínimal supervision. Working closely with BA / stakeholders to understand the complex requirements and delivering robust and easy-to-maintain solution. Extensive experience in Managing and running different testing phases for multiple Geos. Expert in structured test methods/processes. Minimum 6-7 years of experience in automated & manual testing of Capital Market/Investment Banking related Applications. Excellent knowledge of industry-leading test tools and frameworks. Experienced in developing test suites/plans. Experienced in executing tests/analyzing and documenting results. Leading/Managing testing teams & implementing test strategies across a business. Expert in Software Testing (ISTQB). Knowledge of software development/software development lifecycle Commercial experience within an Agile environment. Experienced in handling communication with stakeholders. Excellent business communication skills and should be able to handle onshore-offshore delivery models effectively.
Should have prior experience in Capital Markets / Investment Banking (5-7 years) and Extensive experience on
