**Job Title**: Telecaller (Male, D Pharma) - Mother Hospital, Hisar

**Location**: Inside Nagori Gate, Near Goswami Sweets, Hisar, Haryana

**About Mother Hospital**:
Mother Hospital is a leading healthcare center committed to providing excellent and compassionate care to patients. We are looking for a **Male Telecaller** with a **D Pharma** qualification and strong knowledge of the medical field to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Communicate professionally and politely with patients over the phone.
- Provide information about hospital services and answer patient queries.
- Schedule appointments and accurately maintain patient records.
- Coordinate effectively with doctors and hospital staff.
- Make timely reminder and follow-up calls to patients.

**Requirements**:

- **D Pharma** degree is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Confident, polite, and empathetic with patients.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).

**Experience**:

- Telecalling or patient-handling experience in the medical field preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Salary**: Best in industry (based on skills & experience)
**Working Hours**: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
**Weekly Off**: Sunday
