**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Consultations**:

- Greet and consult with clients to understand their beauty needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
- Perform thorough skin and body assessments to determine the best treatment plans.
- **Beauty Treatments**:

- Provide a range of beauty treatments such as facials, body massages, manicures, pedicures, waxing, and other hair removal services.
- Offer specialized services like anti-aging treatments, aromatherapy, and exfoliating treatments.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on the latest beauty products, techniques, and equipment.
- **Product Knowledge & Sales**:

- Recommend and sell beauty products that suit clients' needs and skin types.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the Vibes Wellness product range and suggest aftercare products to ensure lasting results from treatments.
- **Customer Experience**:

- Ensure a relaxing and positive experience for all clients by creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment.
- Provide aftercare advice and maintain a high standard of client communication.
- Handle client concerns or complaints professionally and seek to resolve any issues promptly.
- **Hygiene & Safety**:

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, equipment, and tools according to industry standards.
- Follow health and safety regulations, including the proper sterilization of equipment and adherence to protocols for beauty treatments.
- Ensure all treatments are performed to the highest standards with client safety and comfort as a priority.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other therapists and wellness professionals to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings to improve service delivery.
- Share knowledge with other team members to foster a culture of continuous learning.

**Key Qualifications**:

- **Education & Certifications**:

- Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Specialized training or certification in advanced beauty treatments (e.g., laser hair removal, microdermabrasion, etc.) is a plus.
- Up-to-date certification in hygiene and sanitation practices.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Beauty Therapist, preferably in a spa or wellness center.
- Strong knowledge of beauty treatments, skin care, and cosmetic products.
- Experience with advanced skincare treatments and tools (e.g., LED light therapy, chemical peels) is an added advantage.
- **Skills & Attributes**:

- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, assessing their needs and suggesting suitable treatments.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team and manage time efficiently.

**How to Apply**:

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:
